Designation: Associate/Senior Associate - Digital Marketing

Job Type: Hybrid Model (This is not WFH job)

Role: Individual contributor

Location: Noida, NCR, India

We are seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a B2B Paid Media Expert. In this role, you will be responsible for managing LinkedIn campaigns, building strategies, and generating leads by engaging with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). The ideal candidate is a quick learner, process-driven, open-minded, and possesses excellent English language skills. This role requires a proactive individual with hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, Linked-in Ads, ABM platforms like Terminus/Demand Base/6 Sense.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing paid digital marketing strategies, campaigns, and content that will enhance the company's presence online. Additionally, they will be responsible for analysing campaign results and making recommendations to improve performance.

Job Role and Responsibility

As a B2B Paid Media Expert, your daily task will consist of:

  • Has exposure to formulating campaigns in international markets like Americas and Europe.
  • Individually execute end to end paid media campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn, Terminus with understanding of tracking parameter to capture RoI metrics of the campaigns.
  • Managing marketing programs and campaigns within marketing budget & goals.
  • Responsible for paid social, ABM and SEM.
  • Accountable for expected results like Leads, Revenue through paid media channels.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and leverage new features and tools on Google/LinkedIn.
  • Identify and connect with key decision-makers in target industries.
  • Create and manage targeted LinkedIn campaigns to generate B2B leads.
  • Implement A/B testing and analyse campaign performance to optimize results.
  • Monitor and analyse key metrics to assess the performance of paid media campaigns.
  • Provide regular reports to the management team, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
  • Run integrated cross channel marketing campaigns on Google Search, LinkedIn, YouTube etc.
  • Drive growth and revenue with direct attribution to your campaigns.
  • Performing keyword optimization and discovery.
  • Working with stakeholders to execute global campaigns covering multiple geographies.
  • Present and discuss findings of the running campaigns to globally located stakeholders and drive efficiency in the campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Experience 6-7+ years of experience in paid media
  • Proven experience in LinkedIn/ABM marketing with a focus on B2B lead generation.
  • Previous experience in a SaaS company is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good understanding of social and SEM best practices
  • Strong understanding of paid advertising fundamentals and analytics.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Results-driven with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple projects and meet deadlines.
