Company Secretary (CS) Faculty

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic CS Faculty Member to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Company Secretary (CS) and a passion for teaching. The faculty member will be responsible for delivering live and recorded sessions for the following subjects as part of our CS (Company Secretary) program at our Kochi location:

• Jurisprudence, Interpretation, General Laws
• Company Law
• Setting up of Business Entities and Closure
• Economic, Business and Commercial Laws

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging live classes and recorded sessions in English for the specified CS subjects.
• Design, prepare, and deliver course content that aligns with the CS curriculum.
• Interact with students to address doubts and provide academic support.
• Collaborate with the academic team to ensure the effective delivery of course content during live and shoot sessions.
• Continuously update and enhance teaching materials to maintain curriculum relevance.
• Participate in curriculum development and refinement activities.

Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of CS subjects and experience teaching Company Secretary courses.
• Fluency in English for clear and effective communication.
• Prior experience in teaching, corporate training, or subject matter expertise in Company Secretary (CS), Law, or related fields.
• Ability to deliver lessons in both live classroom and recorded studio environments.
• Qualifications: CS along with LL.B, LL.M, or equivalent in relevant fields.
