Roles and Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and clients professionally, ensuring a warm welcome.
  
• Handle incoming calls, respond to queries, and direct them to relevant personnel.
  
• Manage front desk operations, including receptionist activities such as data entry and filing.
  
• Maintain accurate records of visitor logs, phone calls, and correspondence.
  
• Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Excellent communication skills with ability to handle telephone conversations effectively.
  
• Proficiency in computer operating systems and basic software applications.
  
• Strong presentation skills with good grooming standards (presentable).
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  
• 2-7 years of experience in administration or related field (front office/reception).
