Calendar management & scheduling for Management & Dept. heads.
Ensuring that management has sufficient data on hand prior to important meets/events.
Implementation of various process improvement and simplification with the consent of the Director.
Generating and compiling MIS reports using Power BI for the Director.
Document Management.
Draft emails and correspond on behalf of the Director by his prior approval.
One who understands the flexible nature of the role when it comes to Time Management, Exemplary Organisation and Strong Communication Skills.
Co-ordinating with various departments such as Sales, Marketing, CRM, Projects, Accounts on behalf of the Director.
Generating and compiling various data to form MIS reports.
Arrangements for meetings/trainings.
Ensuring sufficient reports and information was handed over before every meeting.
Answering phone calls and taking messages for the Director.
Screening visitors, Screening of documents before taking approvals and signatures.
Monitoring and managing records of database.
General monitoring during various events.
Monitoring the team members and providing ideas for improvements.
Shadowing sales managers and compiling a detailed report post observation and scope for improvements.
