- Identifying and acquire new potential customers and achieve targeted amount of sales.
- Identifying & managing new and old customers for potential business development towards acquiring high value customers and strategically securing profitable business by cold callings and emails.
- Working with different time zones as per the region assigned for sales.
- Utilizing social networking opportunities to facilitate sales and increase brand awareness.
- Look after advertising and sales promotional activities during exhibitions.
- Representing company by attending trade exhibitions or events and also co-ordinate for stall designing to participation.
- Organize customer meets and get together as per business plan.
- Maintain & track customer database and maintain periodically/periodic customer satisfaction survey/feedback.
- Setting the monthly targets and achieving the Targets.
- Decision making for the quotation of the customer against their order confirmation.
- Responsible for all aspects of the sales and marketing from pricing, negotiations, contract development, ensuring successful order fulfilment and after sales commitments.
- Do analysis of customer research, current market conditions and executing marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Survey and analyze competition strategy and moves and propose actions where required.
- Define and implement the product range & product positioning based on industry analysis and new product range.
