We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing professional, to be based at our Corporate office in Mumbai.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key customer accounts, ensuring timely collections, and coordinating dispatches for our Soda Ash business.

Responsibilities will be as follows:

Key Account Management:

- Manage and grow existing key customer relationships

- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them

- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly

Collections:

- Manage and track accounts receivable

- Follow up with customers to collect payments and resolve any payment-related issues

- Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments

Dispatches:

- Coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure timely delivery of products

- Manage inventory and ensure accurate tracking of shipments

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards

Additional Responsibilities:

- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges

- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, customer service, and logistics

- Develop and maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements:

- 5 -10 years of experience in key account management, collections, and dispatches

- Experience in the chemical industry preferred

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and industry-specific tools

- Strong analytical and leadership skills

- Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Business Administration, Chemistry, or related field
