Position: Manager-International Sales.
Location : Kochi, Kerala.
Industry: Food Processing.
Skills:.
- Should have good contact and experience to US & Canada etc.
- Knowledge of appointing distributors, marketing products in the countries.
- Knowledge of FMCG marketing in these countries.
Roles:.
- Achievement of overall sales budget (country wise and category wise volume/value) monthly/quarterly/annually.
- Profitability -Country wise and overall profitability.
- Preparation of Exports sales budget along with ATL &BTL budget.
- Overseas market visits for market mapping, distributor relationship management &assess the market scenario w.
- New product development-Business plan for new products in terms of pricing, volume projections and resources required BTL, plans ,etc.
- Order management through team for timely order dispatches.
- Stock out report analysis reports of distributors and order management on a timely basis.
- Budgetary review.
- Manpower & other resources budgeting.
