KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: (Key Result Areas - KRA)
Strengthen Relationships with Top OEM Clients
KPI 1: Conduct quarterly business reviews with 100% of top-tier OEM clients.
KPI 2: Achieve a 95% customer satisfaction rating, measured through post-meeting surveys and feedback from key OEM stakeholders.
KPI 3: Retain at least 95% of existing OEM clients through effective relationship management and value-added services.
KPI 4: Conduct customer satisfaction surveys at least twice a year and implement improvements based on feedback.
Expand the company's presence in emerging markets within the region.
KPI 1: Enter at least 2-3 new markets within the region.
KPI 2: Achieve a market penetration rate of 5% in each new market within 12 months.
Govt. Liaisoning:
KPI 1: Establish and maintain strong working relationships with RTO officials and other relevant government authorities.
KPI 2: Proactively engage with government bodies to understand their policies, procedures, and requirements.
Improve Sales Cycle Efficiency
KPI .1: Reduce the average sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing using CRM data tracking and reporting.
KPI 2: Increase lead-to-close conversion rate by 5%, measured through the number of qualified leads closed within the sales pipeline.
Enhance Collaboration with Internal Teams to Optimize OEM Sales
KPI 1: Collaborate with the Plant and Operations teams achieving 90% attendance and follow-up action completion.
KPI 2: Ensure 100% adherence to product delivery timelines for OEM clients, tracked through supply chain reports and customer feedback.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILL & ABILITIES
1. Proven Track Record in OEM Sales: Demonstrated success in selling products or services to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) from a Tier 1 vendor company.
2. Strong Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve sales targets.
3. Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
4. Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies, analyze market trends, and identify new business opportunities.
5. Results-Oriented: A strong focus on achieving sales targets and delivering measurable results.
