Job Purpose: To head the P& L for Domestic business (Pan India).
Job Duties and Responsibilities :
- Organisational Sales Strategy and Planning: Timeliness & Alignment to business growth targets, P&L management, Sales Expensing (budget Vs. actuals).
- Business expansion in existing markets by market development, registering and launching new products and ensuring growth of existing product range as per corporate requirements.
- To initiate business across new geographies in India by strategically shortlisting products/partners and business models.
- To identify and capitalize of potential acquisition opportunities in coordination with the corporate team.
- Sales growth trend (% improvement in Total sales), Sales revenue (target vs. actual).
- Margins (target vs. actual).
- Representing the organization in exhibitions, trade shows in different regions of India.
- Inventory Availability (No. of delayed deliveries due to stock issues).
- Timely Delivery (No. of delays due to logistics issues).
- Leading and managing the sales team, resolving queries, problem solving tracking performance.
- Effectiveness of Incentive/ commission plans (costs & productivity).
- % increase in market share across region, analyzing market trends and competition to inform product development and pricing strategies.
- Setting competitive prices while striving to maintain maximum profit margins.
- Improved average purchase value, number of repeat orders, Customer Churn Ratio (existing customers drop out/ total customers.
- Manage internal and external customers to ensure realization of business objectives.
- Build KPPL brand as a reliable and long term player in India.
