Hiring Sr. Executive / Executive IT at KPPL India

Key Responsibilities:

1. IT Infrastructure Management:
• Plan, organize, and oversee the company's IT infrastructure including servers, networks, hardware, and software systems.
• Ensure that all IT systems are reliable, secure, and optimized for performance.
• Regularly monitor system performance and implement upgrades, patches, and backups as needed.

1. Network & Security Management:
• Develop and implement IT security policies, protocols, and procedures to protect the company’s digital assets from external and internal threats.
• Manage firewalls, antivirus solutions, and backup systems to ensure the safety of sensitive data.
• Perform regular security assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and recommend solutions.
• File Server Management, Providing/Denying the access on Folders.
• Provide Sharing & Security Access on Shared Folder
• Installation of Microsoft Windows, office, network devices, CCTV server installation

1. Software & Hardware Management:
• Oversee the acquisition, installation, and maintenance of hardware, software, and technology systems.
• Ensure that all technology assets are aligned with business goals and objectives.
• Work with departments to identify and implement software solutions that improve productivity.

1. Vendor & Contract Management:
• Manage relationships with external IT service providers, vendors, and contractors.
• Evaluate, negotiate, and purchase IT equipment, software, and services as needed.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with contractual agreements.

1. Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity:
• Develop and implement disaster recovery plans and business continuity procedures in case of system failures or security breaches.
• Ensure regular backups and recovery processes are in place and tested.

1. Compliance & Documentation:
• Ensure all IT processes comply with industry standards, government regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain detailed documentation of systems, processes, policies, and changes in the IT environment.

1. Budgeting & Cost Control:
• Prepare and manage the IT department’s annual budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and resource allocation.
• Monitor expenses and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising system performance or security.

1. Technical Support & Troubleshooting:
• Provide high-level support to resolve IT issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Establish a help desk system to address day-to-day technical issues raised by employees.

1. Technology Strategy & Innovation:
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technology trends and innovations, and recommend new tools, systems, and practices to improve operations.
• Align IT strategies with the company's long-term goals and business growth.

1. Team Leadership & Management:
• Lead, mentor, and manage the IT team, ensuring efficient daily operations and support.
• Assign tasks and projects to IT staff and monitor progress.
• Foster a collaborative environment and provide training to team members to keep up with new technology trends.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Experience: At least 10-12 years of experience in IT management or related roles.

Working Conditions:

• May be required to work after hours or on weekends for system upgrades or troubleshooting.
• Occasional travel to other company locations.
