Job Description
Requirements & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree/Engineer in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent
experience) with 6+ years of experience

Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems.
Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards.
Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Job Profile
Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, networks, and servers.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
Implement security best practices, including firewalls, antivirus solutions, and access
controls.
Manage backups, disaster recovery plans, and system updates.
Administer user accounts, permissions, and IT policies.
Support end-users by troubleshooting technical problems and providing solutions.
Collaborate with IT Manager to enhance system efficiency and security.
Document system configurations, procedures, and issue resolutions.
Coordinate with IT vendors for new purchases.
Stay updated with the latest IT trends and recommend improvements.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
