Role & responsibilities
- Maintains, monitors and supports the infrastructure environment /facilities.
- Diagnoses and resolves complex hardware, software and connectivity problems
- Hands-on experience of the configuration of L3 & L2 networking switches
- Hands-on experience of the configuration of Fortinet firewall devices for MPLS, Internet connections(IIL & BB), VPN & Routing (Static & policy based) etc.
- Monitors server operating capacity in terms of e.g., Disk space, storage, RAM and CPU utilization
- Knowledge and experience of Ms. Exchange server, O365 & Active Directory
- Experience in the implementation of cyber-security .
