Category/ Product Manager

Objective

• The responsibility of this role would be to establish and drive the business for Electrical wires & switches category through Consumer Insights and NPD process

Role & responsibilities

Category Management:-

- Manage the category Gross Margin as per business objectives

- Product Architecture (Portfolio)

- Product Pricing across channels

- Placement support Trade/Consumer

New Product Development (NPD)

- Product Innovation incorporating latest technology & industry trends

- Drive NPD process with collaboration with all the concerned stakeholders

Consumer Insights

- Regular track of consumer insights through market research on product design & features

- Insights from Influencers Electricians, Contractors

Experience & Qualification

B.Tech (preferably Electrical engineer) with PG in Management (MBA). Experience: 3-4 years of experience in Electrical goods industry or a similar industry in Marketing function

Preference: Experience of working with electrical good industry or similar industry in field of marketing.
