About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented International Sales Manager with a proven track record in the Semiconductor Industry and/or Testing domain to join our dynamic team.
This exciting opportunity will initially be based in Lucknow, India, for approximately 8-9 months for onboarding and training, after which you will be required to relocate to Singapore to lead and drive sales growth across Southeast Asia (specifically Singapore and Malaysia).
This role requires a strong understanding of the semiconductor/testing market, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the Southeast Asian market (Singapore and Malaysia).
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers, understand market trends, and analyze competitor activities.
- Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities with key accounts in the target region.
- Account Management: Manage and grow existing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing sales potential.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at customer organizations.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
- Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers.
- Sales Forecasting: Develop accurate sales forecasts and provide regular updates to management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, engineering, and customer support, to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and market trends.
- Relocation: Relocation to Singapore is a mandatory requirement after the initial training period in Lucknow.
Required Skills and Experience:
- MBA in a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in international sales, preferably in the Semiconductor Industry and/or Testing domain.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Willingness and ability to relocate to Singapore
