Job Description for Head Product Sales - SaaS The Strategic Sales Leader will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth for our SaaS products to start with in India and subsequently in International markets.

This role will require a proven track record of delivering high-performing sales, developing new markets, and closing complex deals.

Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan aligned with the company's overall business objectives.

Team Leadership: Recruit, hire, train, and develop a highly skilled sales team capable of achieving aggressive revenue targets.

Market Expansion: Identify and penetrate new market segments and geographic regions, with a focus on India initially and international expansion in the future.

Customer Acquisition: Generate leads, qualify prospects, and close complex sales deals with key decision-makers.

Pipeline Management: Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring that it is well-managed and progressing towards closure.

Sales Performance: Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes.

Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with customers, partners, and industry influencers.

Qualifications: Master's degree in finance / commerce / CA or equivalent experience.

Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the SaaS industry.

Deep understanding of the SaaS sales cycle and best practices.

Experience building and managing high-performing sales teams.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Passion for technology and innovation.

Additional Preferred Qualifications: Experience selling SaaS products in India.

Knowledge of the Indian market and business culture.

Experience with international sales and business development.
