- We are urgently looking for following position Pan India
- Lead and manage the sales and marketing teams across the assigned zone.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve regional sales targets.
- Monitor and drive performance through data analysis, market research, and competitor tracking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors.
- Collaborate with the product development team to tailor products to market needs.
- Conduct market visits and presentations to ensure effective customer engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Assist in product promotions and customer training sessions.
- Ensure consistent follow-up and timely resolution of customer issues.
Skills and Experience:
Experience:
- 8 to 16 years in the Agriculture Equipment or Machinery industry.
Education:
- Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage teams and handle complex customer relationships.
