In this role, you will lead our Sales & Marketing efforts for the Crash Barriers and Cable Trays product line, working closely with high-value clients in the infrastructure sector to expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and implement sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities in the Gujarat region.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers across industries.
• Oversee contract negotiations, ensure project profitability, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely delivery.
• Provide leadership to a team of junior sales professionals, ensuring the achievement of ambitious growth targets.

Key Requirements:

• Over 10 years of experience in B2B sales, particularly in infrastructure or metal fabrication sectors.
• Proven track record in leading business development and managing large accounts.
• Strong network and understanding of the infrastructure sector in Gujarat.
