Job Summary:


We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Head to lead the business growth of our Transmission Tower & Monopole Structure Division. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to expand market presence, acquire new clients, and increase revenue. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of transmission towers and monopole structures, combined with strong business acumen.

Department: Transmission Tower & Monopole Structure Division

Location: Vadodara

Reports to: VP


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and execute business development strategies for the Transmission Tower & Monopole Structure Division, focusing on expanding market reach.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion initiatives.
  • Develop strategic business plans aligned with growth targets and company objectives.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, government bodies, and industry partners.
  • Prepare and present technical proposals and contracts for new projects.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and project management, to align business goals with operational execution.
  • Track performance metrics to evaluate the success of business development efforts and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Represent KP Green Engineering Limited at industry conferences, trade shows, and client meetings to promote our capabilities in transmission towers and monopole structures.
  • Provide leadership to the business development team, ensuring consistency in communication, planning, and execution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in business development, with at least 5 years in the transmission tower, monopole structure, or related sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth in an engineering or industrial environment.
  • Strong understanding of transmission tower and monopole structures and industry regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage high-value client relationships.
  • Proficient in market analysis, sales forecasting, and strategy development.
  • Experience using ERP and CRM systems (e.g., SAP) to manage sales and client data.
