Location: Matar, Gujarat

Qualification: MSW (Master of Social Work) or MHRM (Master of Human Resource Management)

Experience: 2-5 years in recruitment for technical roles

About the Role:

As the HR Recruitment Specialist, you will play a critical role in attracting, selecting, and onboarding top technical talent. Your expertise will help shape the future of our organization by ensuring that we have the right people in place to drive our projects forward.

You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cyclefrom sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding. Working closely with department heads, you’ll help identify staffing needs and devise effective recruitment strategies tailored for our technical departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment for technical roles.
• Source and attract candidates through multiple channels, including job portals and professional networks.
• Conduct screenings and interviews, ensuring that candidates align with both technical requirements and company culture.
• Coordinate the interview process and facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Assist in employer branding initiatives to position KP Green Engineering as an employer of choice in the industry.

Skills You’ll Need:

• Deep understanding of recruitment processes for technical positions, particularly in manufacturing and engineering.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
