Above position plays a critical role in driving the marketing strategy for the companys services of Precision Steel Fabrication to OEM clients across diverse industries. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing marketing initiatives that generate leads, support business growth and strengthen customer relationship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to the needs of OEMs in industries such as earthmoving, general engineering, heavy machinery, machine building industry & railways
• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including search engine marketing (SEO/SEM), email marketing, and the company website.
• Develop lead generation programs through various channels and methods including participate in exhibition, trade show and networking events
• Nurture relationships with OEM clients, working closely with the buyers to convert leads into long-term business partnership
• Provide regular reports and insights on marketing performance, using key metrics to adjust strategies and achieve marketing goals.
• Develop strategies for customer retention and ensuring continued sales and repeat business
• Collaborate with internal teams for design and cost estimation to align marketing and sales efforts

Required Qualifications:

• Education:
• BE ( Mech )
• Experience:
• Between 10-20 years experience in a B2B marketing role, preferably within manufacturing, steel fabrication, or OEM sector.
• Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Experience in lead generation, customer acquisition, and sales funnel management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage with senior executives and OEM decision-makers.
