Position: Business Development Head PEB / Heavy Engineering

Role Overview:

The Business Development Head will drive strategic growth initiatives for our PEB and Heavy Engineering division. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in business development, market expansion, and revenue generation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing new markets, building strategic partnerships, and leading high-performing sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business growth strategies for the PEB and Heavy Engineering sector.
• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry leaders.
• Work closely with production and design teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to refine business strategies.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business (MBA preferred).
• 15+ years of experience in business development within PEB or heavy engineering industries.
• Strong track record of sales growth and market expansion.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
