PEB Sales Head

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales personnel to lead and drive the sales operations for Pre-Engineered Products (PEB & Composite Structures).

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategic sales planning, business development, and team leadership, with expertise in contract management and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Business Development:

Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in pre-engineered building solutions.

Identify new market opportunities and establish strong business relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Drive sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking.

Team Leadership & Coordination:

Build and lead a high-performing sales team, providing training and mentorship.

Set clear performance goals and drive motivation for achieving business objectives.

Collaborate with internal departments to enhance customer experience

Strategic Planning & Market Analysis:

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.

Develop short-term and long-term business growth strategies.

Leverage data analytics to optimize sales approaches and decision-making.

Compliance & Quality Assurance:

Ensure adherence to industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

Maintain high-quality service standards in all sales and client interactions.

Implement best practices for customer relationship management.

10+ years of experience in sales, business development, in Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) & Composite Structures .
