Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Execution:

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote real estate, co-working spaces, and modular homes.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Lead Generation & Client Engagement:

• Generate and nurture leads through digital and offline marketing channels.
• Engage with potential clients, respond to inquiries, and coordinate site visits.
• Build relationships with brokers, developers, and industry stakeholders.

Digital Marketing & Content Creation:

• Manage social media pages and digital campaigns to enhance brand presence.
• Assist in SEO, SEM, email marketing, and online advertisements.
• Create marketing content, brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.

Event & On-Ground Marketing:

• Coordinate marketing events, exhibitions, and open house activities.
• Collaborate with vendors, designers, and agencies for promotional materials.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 1 to 3 years of marketing experience in real estate, co-working space, or modular homes.
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media, and lead generation strategies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
