Job Description:

Essential Duties And Key Responsibilities:

- Develops a growth strategy aligned with the Company's revenue goals and objectives to achieve both short- and long-term profitable growth.

- Needs to be self starter; develops his/her own action plans and follows through without significant supervision

- Nurtures customer relationships at all levels in the customers' organization and influences decision-makers within various disciplines (engineering, purchasing, quality, and manufacturing), maintaining strong rapport and ensuring customer satisfaction/retention.

- Works with Engineering & Plant Manufacturing teams for e- ective NBO / New Product Development activities to achieve Business Plan and growth targets by following APQP / PPAP processes.

- Understands customer business strategy, decision-making process, and customer culture to close new business opportunities with Auto Component Tier 1 customers, Automotive OEM's, Industrial, Exports and After Market customers. Manage Key Accounts.
