As a Client Service Manager within Custody CFT, you will play a pivotal role in managing the operational workflow and contributing to the strategic development of Global Custody products. You will ensure robust team structure through effective resource planning and training, and maintain effective communication within the department. Your role will also involve managing client queries and ensuring all daily controls are completed and signed off. This role provides an opportunity to learn and adapt to new markets, products, and processes, and to contribute to the organizations strategic and regulatory changes.
