Job Description

If you are seeking an enriching career in Custody Management and have a keen eye for detail, this is the role for you!

As a Custody Support Analyst in the Wealth Management Solutions team you will support the IPB (International Private Bank) Custody team in daily operations, ad-hoc projects, and ensure the team operates smoothly.

Job Responsibilities

Assist Custody Managers in delivering solutions to clients and prospects.
Develop and maintain materials and pitchbooks for meetings and client use.
Collaborate with experienced financial services professionals.
Support miscellaneous projects as needed
Review and approve custody fee exception requests promptly
Contribute to region-wide thought leadership articles on custody solutions.
Assist in preparing presentation decks on Asset Servicing, Safekeeping, Securities Settlement, and financial reporting.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

2+ years of experience in financial services, in Banking or Wealth Management.
Foundational knowledge of the Security Services Industry, including trade lifecycle, safekeeping and asset servicing.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate problems and solutions
Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

Strategic and analytical thinker with a drive towards execution and results
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and comfortable working with senior stakeholders
Influencing skills to manage a variety of stakeholders from different functions
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Tableau, Python, and/or Alteryx is a plus
