Back Office Agent

Our ideal candidate shall have excellent customer service skills and be passionate about helping customers.

Candidates need to understand customer expectations clearly using effective probing techniques and resolve the issues accordingly.

Candidates will be responsible to resolve queries related to order, inventory, and billing via Live Chat/Email and ensuring the customers are satisfied with the service offered.

Ensure all the contacts are documented using the tracking tool.

As a Back Office Agent, You Have:

• Internet connection at home with a speed of 100 MBPS
• Process data in various formats such as video, images, or text
• Above average written communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work a variety of shifts including days, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays
• Maintain a secure, high-speed internet connection
• Ability to plug an ethernet cable into a modem
• Have a dedicated workspace in their homes or remote locations to provide services to the Company

As a Back Office Agent, You Will:

• Customer Service Representative (CSR) will assist with back office duties that will consist predominantly of data annotation.
