 Job Description:
Seeking enthusiastic Fresher BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) Representative and embark on a rewarding career path in the dynamic field of customer service. As a BPO representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and assistance to ensure their satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via email, or chat in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ability to focus and learn a process quickly with clarity.
  • Provide accurate information and Data when requested by Client or by Management.
  • Process tickets & Deliver accurately and efficiently, following established procedures and guidelines.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for further assistance and resolution.
  • Maintain customer Data accurately and securely, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets, including customer satisfaction ratings, response times, and quality metrics.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences and promote a positive brand image.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge of services, and customer service best practices.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards at all times, maintaining professionalism and integrity in all interactions.


Requirements:
 Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear and professional manner.
 Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to empathize with customers while remaining calm and composed under pressure.
 Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using MS Office applications and web-based tools.
 Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
 Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by business needs.
 Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building positive relationships.
 Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs and concerns.
 Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
