Senior Manager/Manager - HR Business Partner (HRBP)

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager/Manager - HR Business Partner to join our HR team at our Hyderabad location. The ideal candidate will work closely with leadership teams to align HR strategies with business goals, manage talent, and drive organizational development. You will play a critical role in fostering a high-performance culture, leading change management initiatives, and ensuring a seamless employee experience.

Strategic HR Business Partnership:

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and business managers, understanding their needs and providing HR solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with business leaders to drive people strategies that support business growth and improve organizational performance.
• Proactively identify HR-related challenges and provide solutions to support organizational effectiveness.

Performance Management & Employee Relations:

• Oversee the performance management process, including setting objectives, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.
• Address employee relations issues, mediate conflicts, and provide guidance on policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and organizational policies, promoting a positive workplace culture.

Organizational Development & Change Management:

• Lead organizational change initiatives to drive culture transformation, enhance productivity, and foster continuous improvement.
• Support business leaders during periods of change, including mergers, acquisitions, or restructuring, to ensure smooth transitions.
• Conduct workforce analysis to optimize organizational structures and support decision-making in the development of organizational strategies.

Employee Experience & Engagement:

• Advocate for employee well-being and continuously work towards creating a positive work environment.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives to build a motivated, collaborative, and inclusive culture.
• Gather feedback from employees and leadership teams to recommend improvements to HR programs and processes.

HR Metrics & Analytics:

• Utilize HR analytics to monitor and assess key HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, employee satisfaction, etc.).
• Provide actionable insights to leadership based on data to drive business decisions.
• Prepare regular reports on HR performance and contribute to overall business reviews.

Compliance & Best Practices:

• Ensure compliance with HR-related policies, labor laws, and regulations.
• Stay up to date with HR trends, best practices, and legal changes to implement effective HR solutions.
• Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in HR, with at least 4-5 years in a senior HRBP role.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, organizational development, talent management, and performance management.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong business acumen.
• Expertise in driving employee engagement and managing employee relations issues.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to influence and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
