• Identification of KRAs & KPIs
• Support/guidance to Managers in conducting Performance Reviews
• Various approach to PMS including Balanced Scorecard approach
• Competency based Performance Management
• Getting Performance Feedback
• Coaching for performance
• Knowledge of developing Compensation structures including variable pay structure
• Training & Development
• TNI(Training Need Identification)
• Skill Gap Analysis
• Working on Career Planning and Development of employees
• Employee Engagement & Motivation
• Working on Retention programs and plans
• HR Analytics and MIS

Candidates from Logistics industry is preferable, however that is not a constraint, candidates who have worked in other industry in the above HR areas can also be looked at.
