1) Placing booking with Shipping lines and updating it to customers and Transporters along with Planning.

2) Being a Customer Service Key to this role is responsibility of ensuring customer satisfaction at service level.

3) Understanding each customer requirement and aligning SOP accordingly.

4) Co-ordination for cargo handling with overseas agent and local shipping lines.

5) Updating cargo movement status to customer.

6) Updating tracking report for sea/air shipments to customer.

7) Sending pre alert documents to Documentation team for manifestation of air/sea shipment timely.

8) Opening JOB of air/sea shipments in software.

9) Saving relevant documents in software (ODEX & MMD3) against each shipment

10) Monitoring and tracking air/sea shipments on regular basis.

11) Updating change in schedule of air/sea shipment to client along with proper explanation wherever possible.

12) Updating onboard confirmation /arrival status to client for AIR/SEA shipment along with IGM details.

13) Coordination for Transportation and vehicle status and updating status to customer.

14) Preparation of DGD in the case of Haz shipment.

15) Coordinating with CHA and Operations team for custom clearance /container and documents handover
