**Roles and Responsibilities:**
1. **Sales Strategy Development:**
- Collaborate with management to identify target markets and devise effective sales strategies to meet organizational goals.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to position Info Edge?s offerings competitively.
2. **Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:**
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on building a robust pipeline of potential clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention, addressing their needs effectively.
3. **Sales Presentations and Negotiations:**
- Conduct informative and engaging sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value of Info Edge?s products and services.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets while ensuring favorable terms for the company.
4. **Performance Monitoring:**
- Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports to present to management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
- Set and monitor individual sales targets to ensure consistency in performance and drive revenue growth.
5. **Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:**
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and optimize the customer experience.
- Provide feedback on market trends and customer insights to inform the development of new services or improvements.
6. **Training and Development:**
- Mentor and guide junior sales team members, sharing best practices and insights to foster their professional growth.
- Participate in training programs to enhance personal sales skills and stay current with industry trends.
7. **Customer Feedback and Product Improvement:**
- Collect and relay client feedback to the product development team to aid in product enhancement and innovation.
- Address and resolve customer grievances promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
8. **Market Research and Competitive Analysis:**
- Conduct in-depth research on competitors and market conditions to identify new opportunities and threats.
- Prepare reports on market dynamics, customer preferences, and competitive strategies to support strategic planning.
9. **Travel and Fieldwork:**
- Engage in field visits and travel as required to meet clients, attend trade shows, and represent Info Edge at industry events.
- Schedule and conduct on-site visits to promote company offerings and strengthen client relationships.
10. **Compliance and Documentation:**
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
**Qualifications and Skills:**
- Previous experience in direct sales, preferably in a technology or related sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients effectively.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced education is a plus.
