VRM Team Lead (Investment Products)

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and build a team of Virtual Relationship Managers, fostering a culture of success.
2. Drive lead generation and sales conversion activities for Investment products.
3. Maintain expertise in financial products to provide guidance and training to the team.
4. Ensure excellent client relationship management and satisfaction.
5. Monitor team performance, setting goals and providing feedback.
6. Ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Qualifications:
1. 5+ years of BFSI sector experience, 2+ years in a leadership role.
2. Strong sales background with demonstrated leadership skills.
3. In-depth knowledge of financial products (Life Insurance, MF, Unlisted Equity, PMS, AIF).
4. Bachelors degree in finance, business, or related field; advanced certifications a plus.
5. Excellent communication, analytical, and strategic skills.
