Job Discription Team Lead - VRM

• Manage a team of VRMs by dirving business agendas and support activities required to facilitate business.
• Lead from the front by taking calls and imparting on the job exposure /training to VRMs in handling important clients and concluding the transaction online
• Monitor the call record and listen to live calls via call barging facility on regular basis & provide feedback to improve quality calls
• Co-ordinate and engage with business and support teams foe timely resolution / escalation
• Responsible for overall target vs achievment of the team as structured in the teams KRA along with net revenue generated by team
• Strict adherence to company polices and regulatory requirement would be expected
• Conducting regular trainings of team members to ensure product minshare
  
  

Qualification: Any graduate/ post graduate

Experience: 5-9 years in team leading role

Location: Chinchpokali, Mumbai
