Content Marketing Specialist

Role & responsibilities :

• Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with the company's objectives, target audience and brand guidelines.
• Lead content creation efforts across multiple platforms, including blogs, videos, interviews, and other relevant mediums
• Ensure publishing of engaging and SEO-friendly content, including articles, blog posts, website copy, social media posts and email newsletters.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create content that supports product launches, branding, customer engagement, and thought leadership.
• Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, tone of voice, and SEO best practices to optimize reach and engagement.
• Research industry trends, market insights and competitor analysis for content development and identify opportunities.
• Stay updated with industry best practices, emerging trends, and evolving content formats to enhance content marketing initiatives continually.

Preferred candidate profile :

• 5-8 years of experience in content creation, content strategy, preferably in the financial services or BFSI industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content for various audience segments.
• Creative thinker and passion for story telling with strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple content initiatives simultaneously and deliver results on time.
