Social Media Manager

Purpose

This position is responsible for performing research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences. Thus, designing and implementing social media strategy to align with business goals.

Key Performance Areas (KPAs)

1. Marketing function management

• Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
• Set specific objectives and report on ROI
• Collaborate with other teams, like sales, PR, presales, IR, etc to ensure brand consistency
• Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews

2. Brand Development

• Oversee social media accounts design (e.g. Instagram, Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, blog layout, etc)
• Responsible for creating original text and video content, managing posts and responding to followers.
• Manage Suntecks image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals.
• Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
• Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions

3. Market research and assessment

• Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
• Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
• Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate in any field with a MBA degree or equivalent (Marketing & Communications)
• Preferred 4 years of experience in similar role in a tier-1 real estate company
• Knowledge of Real Estate marketing
• Strong knowledge in marketing & media management (specifically new age media)
