Manager- Sales(Closing) - Luxury

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Real Estate Sales Agent to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and closing deals on residential and/or commercial properties.
Responsibilities:

• Prospecting and Lead Generation: Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies (e.g., cold calling, networking, open houses, online marketing).
  Cultivate and maintain a strong network of potential clients, including homeowners, investors, and developers.
  Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage client relationships, and monitor sales progress.
  
• Client Relationship Management:
  Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process.
  Conduct property showings and answer client inquiries effectively.
  Build strong rapport with clients and understand their individual needs and preferences.
  Negotiate and close deals effectively, ensuring client satisfaction.
  
• Marketing and Sales:
  Prepare and market properties effectively using various channels (e.g., online listings, social media, print advertising).
  Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to attract potential buyers.
  Stay informed about market trends and pricing strategies.
  
• Administrative Duties:
  Prepare and submit necessary paperwork (e.g., contracts, offers, closing documents).
  Maintain accurate records of all sales activities.
  Comply with all relevant real estate laws and regulations.
  

Preferred candidate profile-
• Good communication skills • Excellent Negotiation skills • Graduate/ MBA
• Western Mumbai line experience preferred
• Additional: Been part of the launch team
