Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to elevate our brand’s online presence across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting compelling content, engaging with our community, analyzing performance metrics, and driving brand awareness. This role requires a deep understanding of the fashion industry, digital marketing trends, and audience engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy & Content Creation:

• Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with the brand’s vision and goals.
• Create and curate engaging, high-quality content, including images, videos, reels, and captions.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns for product launches, promotions, and collaborations.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Platform Management & Community Engagement:

• Manage and grow brand presence on Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Schedule and publish posts, ensuring optimal timing for maximum reach and engagement.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a strong online community.
• Collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and customers for partnerships and UGC (User-Generated Content).

Analytics & Performance Tracking:

• Monitor social media insights, track key performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions), and optimize content accordingly.
• Prepare monthly reports detailing campaign performance, audience behavior, and growth trends.
• Use analytics tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and Hootsuite for data-driven decision-making.

Advertising & Paid Campaigns:

• Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to boost reach, sales, and brand awareness.
• Work closely with the marketing team to create ad creatives and target the right audience.
• Monitor ad performance and adjust strategies to improve ROI.

Collaboration & Brand Representation:

• Coordinate with the design, marketing, and product teams to align social media efforts with brand campaigns.
• Represent the brand in online discussions, fashion communities, and industry trends.
• Explore partnerships with influencers, bloggers, and digital media platforms to amplify brand presence.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion Management, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the fashion industry.
• Expertise in social media platforms, scheduling tools, and analytics software.
• Strong creative writing and visual storytelling skills.
• Experience in video editing, graphic design, or Canva is a plus.
• Knowledge of influencer marketing and brand collaborations.
• Passion for fashion, trends, and digital storytelling.
