Job Title: Cinematographer Fashion Studio

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and creative Cinematographer to join our fashion studio. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of visual storytelling, lighting, and camera work, specifically tailored for fashion films, editorial shoots, commercials, and social media content. You will work closely with directors, stylists, and creative teams to produce high-quality video content that aligns with the brand’s aesthetic and vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Filming & Production: Operate cameras and other video equipment to capture high-quality footage for fashion campaigns, look books, behind-the-scenes content, and promotional materials.
• Lighting & Composition: Set up and adjust lighting to enhance the visual appeal of models, clothing, and accessories, ensuring cinematic quality.
• Camera Work: Choose appropriate camera angles, movements, and lenses to create dynamic and visually striking shots.
• Collaboration: Work closely with directors, fashion designers, stylists, makeup artists, and editors to bring creative concepts to life.
• Post-Production Coordination: Assist in reviewing footage, selecting the best takes, and collaborating with editors to maintain the brand’s visual style.
• Equipment Management: Maintain and manage camera gear, lighting equipment, and accessories to ensure they are in top condition.
• Trend Awareness: Stay updated on the latest fashion cinematography techniques, equipment, and industry trends.
• Social Media Content: Create short-form video content tailored for Instagram, TikTok, and other digital platforms.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2+ years of experience as a cinematographer, preferably in fashion, editorial, or commercial production.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating professional cameras (e.g., RED, ARRI, Sony, Canon) and knowledge of lighting techniques.
• Editing Knowledge: Basic understanding of post-production workflows and software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
• Aesthetic Sensibility: Strong sense of composition, color, and visual storytelling that aligns with fashion and luxury branding.
• Creativity: Ability to experiment with new techniques and push creative boundaries.
• Attention to Detail: Keen eye for capturing intricate details of clothing, textures, and movement.
• Flexibility: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing creative directions.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing fashion films, editorial shoots, or commercial work is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in directing small-scale productions.
• Knowledge of fashion industry trends and styling.
• Drone operation or gimbal stabilization experience is a plus.
