We are hiring for the role of social media and Content Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy, ensuring consistent and compelling brand messaging across all platforms.
• Ideate, plan, and schedule creative, engaging content for Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
• Manage daily content posting, monitor and drive community engagement, ensuring timely responses to audience interactions.
• Collaborate with influencers, content creators, and partners for brand promotions and creative content collaborations.
• Capture behind-the-scenes footage and assist with basic camera work to enhance content quality.
• Design high-quality visuals using Photoshop and other design tools to complement social media campaigns.
• Create captivating content with strong writing skills for posts, captions, and promotional material.
• Lead and manage the digital marketing team, ensuring smooth execution of social media and marketing campaigns.
• Analyze content performance and generate insights to optimize future content strategies for better engagement and reach.

Requirements:

• Exceptional spoken and written English communication skills.
• Proven experience in social media management and content creation across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
• Familiarity with content formats, trends, and tools on Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook Ads.
• Basic proficiency in Photoshop and video editing software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative mindset with the ability to stay ahead of digital trends and industry developments.
