2. Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools.
3. Ensure that all content aligns with the brand guidelines
4. Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions.
5. Respond to inquiries and engage with followers in a timely and professional manner.
6. Track and analyze social media performance metrics using analytics tools.
To be successful in the social media role you are required to have:
1. Strong communication & Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
2. Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
3. Creative thinking and strong visual storytelling abilities.
Qualification:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience:
1. 3-4 years of experience managing social media accounts for a business or organization.
