Executive - Product Support

Job Role:

• Review and validate user-reported issues or bugs, ensuring accurate documentation and categorization.
• Collaborate with product and technical teams to assess the severity and impact of issues.
• Document bugs in the ticketing system (JIRA), including steps to reproduce, error logs, and relevant details.
• Assign issues to the appropriate team members for resolution and track progress.
• Act as the point of contact for the product team and escalate issues as needed.
• Test bug fixes to ensure proper resolution, including edge cases and confirming no new issues arise.
• Communicate progress and resolutions to internal users and stakeholders.
• Close issues in JIRA after receiving acknowledgment of resolution, and document final resolution steps.
• Maintain an up-to-date record of all open, in-progress, and closed issues.
• Provide regular reports on bug status and product quality to management.

Qualification & Skills:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field

(e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering).

• Prior experience working with bug tracking systems such as JIRA or similar platforms.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
