Job Title: Lead Recruiter - Bulk/Volume Hiring.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4 - 7 years of experience in bulk/volume hiring within a consulting or staffing firm.
- Strong experience in walk-in drives, mass recruitment, and end-to-end hiring processes.
- Excellent client relationship management and coordination skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively brief and manage candidates.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet recruitment deadlines.
- Willingness to travel as required to client locations (twice/thrice per month).
- Experience in BPO hiring would be preffered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bulk/Volume Hiring: Manage end-to-end recruitment for large hiring drives, ensuring quality talent acquisition.
- Walk-in Drive Management: Organize and conduct walk-in recruitment drives for batches of , ensuring smooth execution.
- Client Coordination: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their hiring needs, and provide regular pipelines and delivery.
- Candidate Briefing & Management: Effectively communicate job roles, responsibilities, and expectations to candidates while managing them smartly.
- Process Optimization: Develop and implement end to end recruitment strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in volume hiring.
- Manage Sub-Vendors: Ability to coordinate , maintain and manage other sub-vendors.
- Travel Requirement: Ability to travel to client locations twice/thrice per month for recruitment activities and meetings.
