Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Operation Manager to oversee the inbound process in our BPO operations. The role requires ensuring smooth daily operations, driving performance excellence, and achieving organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing inbound customer service teams, optimizing processes, and delivering exceptional results

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the inbound process and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure targets are met or exceeded.

Lead, mentor, and motivate teams to deliver high-quality customer service.

Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with stakeholders to address challenges and drive continuous improvement.

Manage workforce planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.

Prepare and present operational reports to senior management.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in managing Travel processes in the BPO industry.

Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
