Seeking an experienced skilled female manager to lead a collections/customer service team. The candidate should have experience in collections / customer service for an international client, preferably US client. Should have experience of managing a team span of about 50 -100 FTEs.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement strategic collection plans for various international markets, considering regional nuances, regulations, and customer demographics. Forecast collection targets and develop strategies to achieve them.
• Team Management & Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of international collections agents and supervisors. Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching and training, and foster a positive and productive work environment. Manage team schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.
• Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as recovery rates, call handle time, average cost to collect, and customer satisfaction. Analyze data, identify trends, and implement process improvements to optimize collections performance. Develop and implement strategies to reduce delinquency and bad debt.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all collection activities comply with relevant international regulations (e.g., FDCPA, GDPR) and company policies. Implement and maintain robust compliance controls and procedures. Identify and mitigate potential risks related to international collections.
• Client Relationship Management: Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and expectations regarding collections. Provide regular performance updates and address any concerns. Maintain strong client relationships to ensure business continuity and growth.
• Technology & Tools: Oversee the effective use of collection software and other relevant technologies. Identify opportunities to leverage technology to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in the collections space.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports on collections performance to senior management. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage the collections budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient resource allocation.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, customer service, and legal, to ensure a seamless and integrated approach to collections.

Qualifications:

• Must be Graduate.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in international collections management, preferably in a BPO environment.
• Proven track record of successfully managing international collections teams and achieving targets.
• Strong understanding of international collections regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving 1 skills with a data-driven approach.
