Unit Head

Lead and manage the production unit, ensuring efficient and effective
manufacturing operations.
Develop and implement production strategies, goals, and objectives aligned with
the company vision and targets.
Supervise and mentor production supervisors and staff, fostering a positive
work environment and encouraging professional development.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement necessary training
programs.
Oversee the production planning process, ensuring that production schedules
are met while maintaining quality standards.
Address and resolve any quality issues, implementing corrective actions as
necessary.
Identify areas for process optimization and lead continuous improvement
initiatives.
Utilize lean manufacturing principles to enhance operational efficiency and
reduce waste.
Managed the production unit budget, monitored expenses, and implemented
cost-saving measures where possible.
Report on production performance metrics, analyzing data to inform decision-
making.
