Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective HR strategies to drive business outcomes, improve employee engagement, and enhance overall organizational performance.
  
• Design and execute comprehensive training programs to upskill employees across various levels within the organization.
  
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders through effective communication, conflict resolution, and issue escalation management.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements while maintaining a positive employer brand reputation.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 8-12 years of experience in Human Resources with expertise in areas such as Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, Employee Grievances & Relations.
  
• MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (preferably specializing in HR/Industrial Relations).
  
• Proven track record of developing successful HR initiatives that drive business results.
  
• Strong understanding of industry trends and best practices in human resources.
