- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Executive with a proven track record of success in sales within the Private Equity (PE) and Venture Capital (VC) markets.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, and closing sales with clients in the financial services sector.
- You will work closely with the sales and business development teams to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:.
- Generate new business opportunities and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within the PE and VC industry.
- Identify, prospect, and qualify leads through research, networking, and inbound and outbound calls.
-Conduct high-level conversations with senior executives to understand their business needs and position our services accordingly.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline and meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Present and demonstrate the value of our services to potential clients, handling objections and negotiating terms effectively.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the PE/VC market, market trends, and competitors to articulate the value proposition of our offerings.
- Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams to ensure the success of sales campaigns and initiatives.
- Track and report on sales activities and performance using CRM tools and other systems.
- Provide feedback to senior management regarding customer insights, market trends, and competitor activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:.
- Proven track record of success in inside sales, particularly in the Private Equity (PE) and Venture Capital (VC) sectors.
- Strong knowledge of the PE and VC landscape, including industry players, trends, and challenges.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence senior-level executives.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills.
