Recruitment Specialist - Client Servicing SPOC (5-10 yrs)

- The Customer Success (CS) role is client-facing, committed to helping Shine.com database users, predominantly HR professionals and recruiters, maximize the platform's capabilities.

- The CS specialist manages client relationships and satisfaction, offering best practices and training to ensure customer success.

Ideal Candidate:

- 5+ years of experience in recruitment and client management.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Analytical and process oriented.

- Energetic, initiative-driven, and able to multitask.

- Experience collaborating across departments (Product, Technical Specialists, Marketing, Support).

- Ability to engage with senior management to understand customer needs, enhance retention, and share insights.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

- Act as a trusted advisor, managing training, adoption, retention, and satisfaction.

- Serve as the main contact, building trust and identifying best practices.

Training and Engagement:

- Conduct online training for recruitment teams on Shine.com products.

- Drive Shine.com usage and ROI for clients.

Customer Health Monitoring:

- Maintain customer health and demo new features.

- Use a consultative approach to help clients achieve their hiring goals using the platform.

Internal Collaboration:

- Ensure timely deliverables by working with internal teams (Tech, Marketing, etc).

- Strategize for better client meetings.

Performance Analysis:

- Analyze customer satisfaction (C-Sat) trends for improvement.

- Resolve issues via calls, emails, and online meetings.

- Adhere to compliance standards.

Account Cultivation:

- Cultivate overall account and drive annual renewal.

Objectives of this Role:

- Establish a strategic advisory relationship to ensure continued value from our product.

- Develop customer success strategies and support client.

- Drive client renewals and maintain high customer satisfaction and retention.
