We are seeking a driven, innovative Product Manager to lead the development and execution of our digital news products (application based).

You will be responsible for identifying user needs, conceptualizing new features, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring these ideas to life.

The ideal candidate is a data-driven problem solver with a strong understanding of the digital news landscape and a passion for delivering engaging user experiences.

Responsibilities:

- Strategy & Vision: Develop and communicate a clear product vision aligned with the organization's goals and user needs.

- Growth Strategy :Develop and execute growth strategies to increase customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across all product lines.

- User Research: Conduct in-depth user research to identify pain points, unmet needs, and opportunities for innovation.

- Responsible for identifying and prioritizing features based on user needs and market trends.

- Product Roadmap: Create and maintain a prioritized product roadmap, outlining key features, timelines, and resource allocation.

- Feature Development: Collaborate with engineering, design, and editorial teams to define, build, and launch new features and products.

- Data Analysis: Track product performance, analyze user data, and gather feedback to inform future product decisions.

- Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and drive product success.

Requirements:

- Experience: 7+ years of product management experience in a digital environment, preferably in the news or media industry.

- Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to identify and solve complex problems through structured thinking and innovative approaches.

- Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform product decisions.

- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive product development and execution.
